Coca-Cola Amatil Hazelmere Racking Project
Coca-Cola Amatil needed a safer, more robust warehouse storage system to replace outdated and non-compliant infrastructure that was contributing to frequent racking and product damage. DMD delivered a large-scale pallet racking and drive-in racking solution for the new Hazelmere warehouse, supported by custom barriers, guards and signage to improve safety, movement and long-term warehouse performance.
Project Snapshot
Client: Coca-Cola Amatil
Project: Racking Project
Location: Perth Metro, Western Australia
Scope: Pallet racking, drive-in racking, custom barriers, guards and signage
The Client’s Challenge
Coca-Cola Amatil’s existing storage system was outdated and non-compliant. This was creating operational risk, with frequent damage to both racking and stored products. For a high-volume warehouse environment, this type of damage can quickly impact productivity, safety and cost. The client needed a storage system that was more robust, more operator-friendly and better suited to a variety of product sizes.
The priority was clear: improve warehouse safety and reduce the risk of ongoing damage.
DMD’s Warehouse Solution
